See below the tying sequences for tying the Panama Dry Fly.
Tie in first hackle facing over the eye.

Wrap hackle backwards and tie off.

Tie in second hackle and wrap backwards and tie off.

Select two wings and tie them in facing forward as shown.

Select a heavy bunch of tailing fibres and tie them in as shown.

Now tie in the ribbing thread.

Wrap ribbing as shown.

Now take a partridge hackle and tie in as shown and make three turns. Finish fly with a three turn whip finish at back of thorax. See final image of fly for more info.

Finished Fly

Tie in first hackle facing over the eye.
